The people who are near to her reveal that she still prioritize being a mother and don’t prefer going for long sessions of the gym. She has a balanced life and she loves spending time with her daughter.

Diet

The first aspect which Aish takes care of is her diet. She avoids all the junk, fried and packaged foods at all costs. She knows that intake of any of these foods will reflect on her body and on her skin. She mostly eats boiled veggies, fruits and juices.
