She is one of the most toned up actresses of Bollywood and recently she has started a You tube channel to give people some health tips and to let them know what she cooks in her kitchen. She is seen cooking all sorts of things in her videos and is making sure that all the healthy recipes she knows, are known to the masses.

This time she has shared the recipe for a healthy strawberry and blueberry smoothie. Smoothies are for all those people who are mostly in a hurry to leave for office. They skip breakfast and that is the biggest health mistake anyone could make. They can make this quick smoothie which is high in nutritional value and is a top favorite of kids too. It takes just two minutes to prepare and will is sufficient to keep your stomach full for an hour or two.


Four to five strawberries (chopped)

1 Small cup of blueberries (Jamun)

1 cup of yogurt( Dahi)

1/4 cup of milk

Four ice cubes

1 1/2 tablespoon of soaked sabja seeds

1 tablespoon of honey


Just add all the ingredients in a jar and blend them well.
