We know how obsessed we are with our skin’s complexion and going to the parlour to get a facial sometimes becomes our last priority. We are so stuck up with our routines, our children and most importantly our work, that we pay almost no attention to our skin. Our skin gets dark, pigmented and eventually gets full of wrinkles. A two minute routine is all that is needed to break the chain.

You just need to take out two minutes to apply only one of the following face packs and rest assured that your skin will be glowing in the dark. You will have a youthful complexion and those blemishes will vanish in just a few applications. Just remember that the way you look says a lot about how you feel inside. When you will look radiant, your confidence will shine brighter than the sun.

Yogurt

Yogurt is one of the things which is always found in our homes. Yogurt has lactic acid which tightens up your pores, lightens the complexion, removes the dead skin and helps reduce the aging process of the skin. It will moisturize your skin to the deepest layer and you will feel the difference in your skin within three applications.

All you need to do is to take half a cup of yogurt, add two tea spoons of olive oil and one tea spoon of yogurt. Blend it well and apply a thick layer on your face and neck. Let it rest for about 15 minutes and wash it off with water.

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is the best thing you can ever apply to your face. It is the only natural vitamin E supplement for your skin. Aloe vera will give your skin nutrition and will keep it hydrated. It has anti ageing properties. It’s regular application will stop any pigmentation which keep reoccurring on your face. It is a rich source of natural anti oxidants and a must use for every woman.

Instead of buying an aloe vera gel from the market, you can buy a plant and can extract fresh gel every morning to give your skin some extra pampering. Just remove the green peel and scoop out the gel with the help of a spoon. This sticky gel is the magic potion your skin always wanted.

Just add a few drops of lemon to the freshly extracted gel and apply it on your face. Massage the gel into your skin so that it absorbs all of the nutrition. After massaging it for about 3 to 5 minutes, you can leave it on  as a face mask. It will dry very quickly and you can wash it off with luke warm water.

Your skin will be blemish free, radiant and glowing. You cheeks will shine and the tip of your nose will reflect moonlight for sure. Just make sure that you apply this pack on a regular basis and your skin will glimmer even when you will be 80.

Gram Flour or Besan

Last but not the least, the very nutritious ingredient from the shelves of our kitchen. Besan is one of those power packed food which will make your skin ageless. It is known to fight numerous skin problems, including blemishes, pimples, dark skin, and dull lifeless skin. Gram flour has alkalizing properties, yet it was traditionally used as a cleanser to maintain the pH of the skin.  It is antimicrobial and keeps skin moisturized from within.

To make a besan face pack all you need to do is to pour two table spoons of besan in a bowl, add rose water and a few drops of lemon. You can also add yogurt and reap the benefits of both. This miraculous face pack will make sure that you are as youthful outside as you feel inside.

Regular use of besan will also take off your tan and will leave you with a fairer complexion. You can massage your skin with the pack because it’s thick particles will act as a scrub and will remove all the dead skin. You can leave it to dry and wash it with water to see the difference for yourself.
